August, 1963Started of as the Saitama New Life Mutual Aid as the practical institution for the Saitama New Life Movement, assigning Saitama Prefecture Governor as counselor, prefectural assembly councilors and leaders of local municipals as councilors, and former Warabi mayor Mr. Shojiro Takahashi as the initial president.
October, 1964Established Saitama New Life Mutual Aid for the enactment of wedding and funeral services.
June, 1965Changed company name from Saitama New Life Mutual Aid to Saitama Kankon Sosai Center.
October, 1972Established a funeral function in Wako City.
February, 1974In accordance with amendment to the installment sales law, the company became subject to the prepayment-type specified transaction and established Saitama New Life Mutual Aid as a mutual aid association business unit with a capital of 1.6 million yen, assigning Shojiro Takahashi as chairman, and Ryoji Yoshinaga as president.
January, 1975Acquired approval from the Minister of Commerce, No. 3042.
May, 1975Opened wedding ceremony facility Heiankaku in Uwara Takasago.
December, 1977Established a funeral function in Koshigaya City.
June, 1978Increased capital to 6 million yen.
November, 1978Increased capital to 10 million yen.
April, 1979Changed company name from Saitama New Life Mutual Aid to Ceremony.
