When Shiratori is appointed principal of Anesaki High School in Chiba Prefecture, he is met with a disastrous sight: unruly students, a neglected campus, and endless complaints from the local community.
Determined to turn things around, Shiratori teams up with a group of unique and passionate teachers, as well as a bold and influential businesswoman in the community. Together, they launch a full-scale school reform.
With initiatives like “second-chance learning,” morning greetings, and zero tolerance for misbehavior, change begins to take root—not only among the students, but also the teachers and townspeople.
